Roundtable: Art in Education to Empower Children

On December 5, the International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation (IYMF) and the Liszt Institute Brussels hosted a roundtable discussion alongside MUS-E Hungary and MUS-E Belgium. The event spotlighted the transformative impact of the MUS-E® Programme in empowering children through art in education. It was a great opportunity to introduce the European innovative GREEN TALES project, highlighting its role in promoting sustainability through creative storytelling.

Year-End Cultural Evening and Concert

On December 9, the International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation (IYMF) collaborated with Europa Nostra to present an unforgettable cultural evening at the iconic Royale Belge in Brussels to celebrate the year’s conclusion.

During the event, Glenn Micallef, the newly appointed European Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture, and Sport delivered an inspiring message emphasising the critical role of arts and culture in education and fostering social inclusion.

Guests also had the chance to explore the GREEN TALES project. Information leaflets displayed at the welcome desk offered insights into the project’s mission to merge art, sustainability, and education.
