Green Tales Project Local Event Held at the Francke Foundations in Halle (Saale), DE

On 18–19 September 2025, the Green Tales Project was presented during the conference “Vernetzen. Verändern. Gestalten. Cultural Education Meets Social Work”, held at the Francke Foundations in Halle (Saale), Germany.

The conference explored the intersection between cultural education and social work, focusing on key social themes such as shared values, educational equity, democratic participation, and social attitudes. Its objective was to identify both the potential and the challenges of strengthening cooperation between these two professional fields.

The event brought together practitioners, researchers, and artists from across Germany and beyond, creating a space for dialogue, exchange of experiences, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The program featured keynote lectures, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops addressing relevant topics including inclusion, digital participation, and intercultural communication.

Within this framework, the Green Tales Project contributed to discussions on innovative educational and cultural approaches that promote sustainability, participation, and social inclusion. The activities engaged 72 attendees, demonstrating strong interest in creative methodologies that connect art, children, animated film and creative educational work with social engagement.

This local event further strengthened the visibility of the Green Tales Project and highlighted its relevance in fostering collaborative, inclusive, and value-driven practices across education and social work sectors.
