On 25 October 2025, the Green Tales Project was presented in Saarbrücken during the annual meeting of all MUS-E programme coordinators. The event brought together 14 key representatives of the MUS-E network in a collaborative and inspiring setting dedicated to exchange and innovation.
As one of the best-practice examples, the Green Tales project was introduced in detail, highlighting its objectives, methodologies, and artistic outcomes. In a familiar and collegial atmosphere, participants had the opportunity to view the final Green Tales movie, which was embedded within a broader programme of creative, hands-on activities.
The presentation was very well received, generating strong interest and active engagement. Participants asked detailed questions and discussed how elements of the Green Tales approach could be adapted and transferred to their own regional contexts. The event once again confirmed the importance of the coordinators’ meeting as a key space for mutual inspiration, professional exchange, and the scaling of successful projects.
Participants included MUS-E founder Werner Schmitt (Switzerland), board members, programme coordinators from various regions, the hosts of the creative workshop “bei Werner”, and a guest expert from the field of arts and cultural education. Feedback was highly positive, particularly regarding the combination of theoretical input and practical creative work.
Following the meeting, several coordinators contacted the organisers to request the Green Tales project toolkit, expressing interest in exploring its implementation within their own MUS-E programmes. This strong follow-up interest highlights the project’s potential for wider dissemination and long-term impact within the MUS-E network.
