On October 3rd, 2025, Çukurova University held an inspiring Green Tales event at Yüreğir Kazım Karabekir Secondary School in Adana. A total of 51 students, teachers, and parents came together to celebrate the creative work produced within the project.
After a short introduction by Dr. Figen Yılmaz and Dr. Eda Kahyalar to present the aims of Green Tales, the floor was given to the students themselves. The students proudly presented their story The Birth of the 7Rs, shared their experiences, and enjoyed watching the animated movie created with partner schools abroad. Their excitement and confidence made the event truly special while participants enjoyed presentations of student-written stories, visual artworks, and animated movie created collaboratively with partner countries.
The gathering ended with coffee, tea, and friendly conversation, giving parents and teachers a chance to talk about the children’s progress and the project’s positive impact. Many shared that the project helped students express themselves more freely and encouraged teachers to use more creative tools in the classroom.
